At Goeve Emerald Royale, every piece is made with care and intention. This page outlines our commitments to you — as a customer and as a supporter of handmade craft.

01 Our Products

We specialise in:

  • Handmade Jewellery — necklaces, earrings, bangles, rings, and anklets crafted by hand using traditional techniques and natural materials.
  • Traditional Attire — including Ankara fabrics, Aso-Oke, Adire, and hand-sewn traditional garments.
  • Craft Materials — fabrics, beads, threads, and other materials for fellow makers.

Every item is handmade. Small natural variations are a mark of authenticity, not a defect.

02 Ordering Process

  1. Browse our catalogue and find what you love.
  2. Click "Buy on WhatsApp" on the product page.
  3. You'll be taken to a WhatsApp chat where we confirm availability, size, colour options, and pricing.
  4. Once details are agreed, you complete payment and we prepare your order.

03 Payment

We accept the following payment methods, all confirmed via WhatsApp:

  • Bank Transfer (Nigerian Banks)
  • Opay / Palmpay / Kuda
  • Cash on Delivery (Lagos — select areas)

Payment details will be shared during your WhatsApp conversation. Please do not send money until we have confirmed your order.

04 Delivery

  • Lagos: We offer same-day or next-day delivery within Lagos Island and Lagos Mainland.
  • Other States: We ship nationwide via GIG Logistics, KWIK Delivery, or similar. Delivery time: 2–5 working days.
  • Pickup: You can arrange to collect in person — discuss with us on WhatsApp.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and are communicated before you confirm your order.

05 Custom & Personalised Orders

We love creating custom pieces! If you want a specific design, colour, size, or fabric, just reach out on WhatsApp. Custom orders may require a 50% deposit upfront and a production lead time of 3–7 days depending on the item.

06 Returns & Complaints

Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your item.
  • Send a photo of the item clearly showing the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

We do not accept returns for custom or personalised items unless there is a defect.

07 Wholesale & Bulk Orders

We welcome bulk and wholesale enquiries for fabrics, jewellery, and materials. Please reach out on WhatsApp with your requirements and we'll provide a custom quote.
