02 How to Purchase

This website is a display catalogue only. To purchase any item:

1. Click the "Buy on WhatsApp" button on the product you want.
2. You will be redirected to a WhatsApp chat with us.
3. Confirm the item, quantity, and discuss delivery or pickup arrangements with us directly.
4. Payment and delivery terms are agreed during the WhatsApp conversation.

No purchase is confirmed until we have acknowledged it in writing via WhatsApp.

03 Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are correct to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. The price confirmed in your WhatsApp conversation is the binding price.

04 Product Descriptions & Images

All products are handmade. As a result:

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration and natural dye variation.
• Dimensions are approximate.
• Each piece is unique — minor differences from the image are part of what makes handmade items special.

We strive to represent our products accurately and will always provide additional photos on request via WhatsApp.

05 Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are handmade and often made-to-order, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Returns are generally accepted for:

• Items significantly different from what was described or agreed
• Items damaged during delivery

We do not accept returns for change of mind on custom or personalised orders.
